1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling your child in a VisionX Coders program, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2Our Services

VisionX Coders provides live, online AI and coding education for children aged 7–14 via Google Meet. Our current offering includes:

• Summer AI Program: 2-month intensive program, 1-hour sessions per class
• Age Groups: 7–10 years and 11–14 years
• Platform: Google Meet (link provided upon enrollment)

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue programs with reasonable notice to enrolled students.

3Enrollment & Fees

• Monthly fee: PKR 5,000 per student per month
• Fees must be paid in advance before the month begins
• A free trial class is available before enrollment — no payment required
• Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received
• Class schedules are provided upon confirmation of enrollment

4Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful and safe learning environment. By enrolling, you agree that your child will:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Not share class meeting links with unauthorised persons
• Not record sessions without written permission from VisionX Coders
• Attend class with a suitable device and stable internet connection

We reserve the right to remove any student from a session or program for conduct violations without refund.

5Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation before class starts: Full refund within 7 days of payment
• Cancellation after 1 class: Pro-rated refund for unused sessions
• No-show: No refund for missed classes without 24-hour notice
• VisionX cancels: Full rescheduling or full refund offered

6Intellectual Property

All course materials, curriculum content, branding, and website content are the property of VisionX Coders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Student project work created during classes remains the property of the student.

7Limitation of Liability

VisionX Coders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific class in question.

We are not responsible for third-party services such as Google Meet outages or internet connectivity issues.
